I started out as assistant Manageress in our local night club in Derby where I am still local to. After seeing the stocktakers visit my club I got to know the ins and outs of the profession (and some of the tricks of the staff!) and decided that was for me. When I went independent around 15 years ago I took on a fairly large contract to do pubs and clubs for a large organization and I still do their work for them to this day.
